Ways to Serve

What's your dream? Do you have a burden or vision for something but don't know what to do about it? We would like to help. At the same time, here are some requests that have come from our current workers:

Duplicate of Men's Program Coordinator - Thailand

Help begin an outreach and discipleship program for young Thai men with a similar purpose and vision as The Well, our women's ministry there: train leaders, reach families and change society. The men's program would emphasize outreach to young men from poor, working-class backgrounds, particularly from northeast Thailand, and would include strong educational and job-training components. This job requires a long-term commitment.

House Parents - Thailand

Many people retire in Thailand because of its warm climate and affordable, high-quality health care. Why not retire with a purpose? We are seeking a couple to train as house parents at a ministry center for young women, ranging in age from mid teens to mid twenties. This would be a long-term position (at least 4 years), and would require learning Thai to at least a basic level.

Communications and Marketing Assistant - Thailand

Assist with inter-agency networking and fundraising for The Well Thailand, as well as marketing for various products made by women at The Well. While always preferred, proficiency in Thai is not a necessity. This can be a short or long-term position.

Regional Outreach Coaches

Train, coach and assist members of The Well and other Thai believers in outreach, church planting and related development efforts in a selected region of Thailand, mostly outside of Bangkok. A coach will probably live in his or her designated region, and travel to various sites throughout one or more provinces to advise leader trainees. This role requires a self-starter who isn't afraid of diving into another culture and taking risks. It will require learning the Thai language.
